Job Details

The Custodian keeps the facilities, throughout shop and office, in clean, orderly condition and performs heavy and light cleaning duties including but not limited to:

• Cleaning and vacuuming floors, washing walls and glass, and removing garbage.
• Cleaning bathrooms and lunchroom areas.
• Routine deep cleaning
• Routine maintenance activities
• Cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
• Notifying management of need for repairs

The ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Be capable of working alone or in a team environment.
• Be able to concentrate on tasks without being distracted.

Typical work schedule is 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
