The Position

We're looking to hire a Private Equity Specialist to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients and partners in the following ways:

• Strategic Relationship Building: Evaluate FullStack's current client base for opportunities to engage PE and investing companies that have partnered with our clients. From there, develop a strategy to broaden our relationships to the parent/investing companies and to their other PortCos.
• Execute on a GTM Plan: Leveraging our existing clients and relationships, identify how FullStack is winning with PE and investing companies, and define a GTM plan to execute, which involves identifying target PE and Investing companies, prospecting them, and turning them or their PortCos into FullStack Clients.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working with private equity firms, portfolio companies, or in a similar strategic growth role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships within private equity firms.
• A track record of developing and executing successful market strategies in a consulting or business development role.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience crafting compelling success stories and case studies.
