The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Maintenance Technician for their Billings MT production facility. This is an agricultural co-op that spans 135,000 base acres, a Grower-Owned organization with a long family history that has been passed down for the 100 years of the company's existence.

Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

* They are preferably seeking candidates with U.S. military experience. *

Compensation: $24.00-36.00/hr (+ OT at 1.5x hourly rate and relo)

Shift Schedules: During summer (approx. Feb-Aug), 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, M-F. During campaign, shifts can vary; may be placed on shift rotation (7 days day shift & 48 hours off, 7 days of afternoon shift & 48 hours off, and 7 days graveyards & 4 days off), or may be placed on days (8:00 AM-4:00 PM) with days off F/S or S/M.

What You Will Do:

Responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical process and packaging equipment throughout the facility (consisting of pumps, belt conveyors, scroll conveyors, chains, sprockets, fans, bearings.) Responsible for welding, cutting, setting equipment and dismantling equipment. Practice solid safety behaviors and demonstrated leadership to perform against site safety plan.

Education and Work Experience

Maintenance/mechanical experience working with process and packaging equipment

Basic understanding of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis
