Communicate proactively with clients as needed on job issues and job status
Assist customers via phone with orders
Handle walk in customers and appointments
Data entry of orders
Ensure correct invoice and billing details
Prepare production paperwork for factory
Process web orders and web customer requests
Update factory progress reports
Set up custom designs and artwork
Sales development
Mange key accounts
School fittings
Other tasks/duties as requested
Qualifications
Detail oriented, organize and self-motivate
Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Strong email, written and verbal (phone and in-person) communication skills you enjoy talking with clients and suppliers, but can keep conversations focused and efficient
