Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Process membership registrations and renewals accurately. Conduct facility tours for prospective members. Promote and sell membership packages and services. Collaborate with team members to enhance the member experience. Support special events and programs during weekends. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management systems.
