Your Responsibilities at Federal Express Corporation (FEC):

• Engage in fast-paced, physical warehouse work—get paid while you stay active!
• Assist with loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes.
• Work one shift daily for part-time employees; full-time employees may work two shifts.
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume, typically between 3 to 6 hours per day for part-time and 6 to 10 hours for full-time.
• Earn overtime pay after 40 hours of work in a week.

Pay Transparency

This pay range is a reasonable estimate for starting salaries in this role across all potential locations within the company. If the job includes multiple levels, the pay reflects the minimum and maximum for those levels. Actual starting pay will be determined based on your experience, market conditions, and location. Additional pay, bonuses, or premiums may also be available. Eligible employees will receive health, vision, and dental benefits, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: $18.60 - $19.10 / hr

Shifts Available: Morning, Day, and Evening shifts are currently open, typically 1am to 7am, 11am to 4pm, or 4pm to 9pm, depending on package volume.
