Job Summary: The marketing specialist will lead the creation and execution of marketing efforts, working closely with management, content experts, graphic illustrators, and sales personnel. Successful marketing specialists will be highly creative, detail oriented and able to work independently. This is an exempt position reporting to the senior manager of sales & marketing.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, videos, web). Develop content calendars and contribute to social media, email marketing and paid media strategies.
  • Lead the creation and execution of visually compelling marketing materials in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Support the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other digital channels that align with brand voice and objectives. Continuously update content and design new captivating copy.
  • Manage and maintain the company's HubSpot account, including CRM, marketing automation, and lead generation activities.
  • Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference and other marketing events and promotions including collaboration with partners.
  • This position has no supervisory duties.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience and/or proficiency with current aspects of marketing and trends in digital marketing is required. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages as well as SEO and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM management and marketing automation, as well as MS office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Travel/Working Conditions This job will be performed in our Billings, Montana office location. This is NOT a remote position.
