DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Write grants and contracts to develop resources and programs for MCIE among local, regional, state, and federal programs in accordance with the missions and visions of MCIE, College of Education, and MSUB. Identify and secure funds through donations from organizations and private donors in coordination with the MSUB Foundation Oversee the fiscal responsibilities of the MCIE in coordination with the Dean of the College of Education, the Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs, and the Office of the Academic Vice Chancellor (Provost) of MSUB. Represent MCIE with local, state, and federal organizations; as well as the Montana University System. Supervise and coordinate all MCIE projects and personnel. Supervise and coordinate staff development to ensure a high standard of performance and a positive work environment; including regular evaluations of personnel for professional growth.
