Western Municipal Construction, Inc., a heavy civil construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to add to our team. The individual must have experience in estimating and managing underground utility, heavy civil, and site development projects. The individual must be highly motivated with strong leadership and communication skills.

Skills required or preferred for this position:

1. Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
2. 5+ years of Estimating and Project Management experience in Utility and / or Heavy Civil Construction
3. Experience using various computer systems with preferences in HeavyBid, Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel
4. Ability to actively pursue and negotiate construction projects
5. Able to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting critical deadlines
6. Possess valid drivers license, good driving history and ability to travel to job sites
7. Interest in long-term career growth with an established construction company

Office location is Billings, Montana, but must be willing to travel as required for projects throughout Montana and Wyoming.
