Description:

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and freight handling team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Billings, MT

Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-2pm, Saturday 8am-12pm

What's the Job?

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise

  • Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders to sales associates for processing

  • Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped

  • Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic

  • Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures

What's Needed?

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds

  • Basic written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

  • Experience in dock or warehouse operations in the transportation industry is a plus
