Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities: Maintain, upkeep, and develop garden department; Manage inventory and organization of product; Conduct regular inspections of the garden to identify areas for improvement and implement those action plans; Collaborate with other departments to ensure that garden activities are integrated with other store activities; Help in training and guidance to new garden staff on best practices and new techniques
