Position DescriptionJoin an innovative firm delivering a portfolio of high-impact healthcare environments across the U.S— from hospitals to complex care networks—shaping spaces where clinical performance, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency converge.This is not a traditional project management role.As an Architectural Project Manager, you will operate as a program-level leader, owning delivery performance, driving standardization, and elevating how healthcare design gets done across multiple projects and clients. You will influence not just what gets delivered—but how work happens at scale.You'll lead complex healthcare programs while introducing smarter systems, stronger controls, and higher standards of execution.
